自助排查

- 打开前盖取出滤网，短时间启动净化器观察扇叶转动是否平稳
- 关闭净化器后手动转动扇叶，检查扇叶是否松动或有摩擦声
- 确保净化器放置在坚硬平坦表面，避免倾斜导致扇叶与外壳接触

The fan system is operating abnormally. The control board detects that the fan speed deviates from the expected range or airflow is abnormal. Unlike ERR P (critical motor failure), ERR F indicates the motor runs but air volume or speed is below specification.
Common Causes
- Uneven dust buildup on fan blades, disrupting dynamic balance and causing speed fluctuation
- Intake or exhaust grille largely obstructed, creating excessive airflow resistance
- Fan blade loose on the motor shaft or retaining screw worked loose
- Lost fan speed feedback (Hall pulse) signal causing PID control to drift
- Ambient air pressure variation (high-rise building or sealed room) shifting the fan operating point
Self-Check Steps
- Check whether curtains, clothing, or paper are blocking the intake or exhaust grilles
- Clean the pre-filter and intake grille to ensure no large-particle blockages
- Open the front cover, remove the filter, and briefly run the purifier to observe blade rotation smoothness
- Power off and manually rotate the fan blades to check for looseness or scraping sounds
- Ensure the purifier is on a hard, level surface to prevent tilting that could cause blade-to-housing contact
